Who we are

Motion Reel is run by Tuned Tech LLC ("we"). By using Motion Reel you agree to these terms. Questions go to support@motionreel.app.

What Motion Reel does

Motion Reel stores the reels you upload and publishes them to the social accounts you connect, at the times you choose, then shows you how they did. We may add, change or remove features over time, and we'll tell you about changes that affect how you use it.

Your account

You must be at least 18. Use an email address you control and keep access to it safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. While Motion Reel is invite-only, we decide who gets an account.

Accounts you connect

Only connect social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. By connecting one, you allow Motion Reel to publish the posts you schedule to it and to read their statistics. Each platform's own terms and rules still apply to what you post there, including Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Platforms can refuse, limit or remove posts, or limit accounts; those decisions are theirs.

YouTube

Motion Reel uses YouTube API Services. By using Motion Reel with a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You decide each video's title, description, whether it's made for kids and whether it has altered or AI-made content, and Motion Reel uploads it only when you schedule it. Until Motion Reel passes YouTube's API audit, YouTube makes every upload from Motion Reel private. How we handle YouTube data is in the privacy policy.

TikTok

By using Motion Reel with a TikTok account, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and TikTok's use of your data is covered by the TikTok Privacy Policy. For each post you choose whether it goes straight to your profile or to your TikTok inbox as a draft, and for a direct post who can see it, which interactions to allow and whether it's promotional or AI-made. Motion Reel sends it only when you schedule it. By posting, you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation, and for branded content its Branded Content Policy. Until Motion Reel passes TikTok's audit, direct posts can only be seen by you and only work for private accounts. How we handle TikTok data is in the privacy policy.

Your content

What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it to the platforms you choose, only so that Motion Reel can do what you ask. You are responsible for having the rights to everything in it, including music, footage and other people's likenesses.

What you may not do

• Post anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful or sexually explicit, or spam.
• Connect accounts you aren't allowed to manage, or use Motion Reel to get around a platform's limits or rules.
• Try to break into, overload or reverse engineer Motion Reel, or reach other people's data.

We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Publishing isn't guaranteed

We work to publish every post on time, but platforms have outages, limits and review steps we don't control. A post can be late, refused or fail. Motion Reel shows the status of every post; check it, and keep your own copy of anything important.

Price

Motion Reel is free for now. We'll tell you before anything costs money.

Ending

You can stop using Motion Reel at any time and ask us to delete your data (see data deletion). We may end or change the service; if we shut it down, we'll give you notice where we can.

No warranty

Motion Reel is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost reach, revenue or followers, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.

Changes

If these terms change, we update the date at the top, and email you about changes that matter before they take effect.
